Mermaids Scuba Diving PADI Career Development Center, Pattaya, Thailand has strived to offer the very best in professional dive training over the years with some very high success. Changing careers can be a nerve racking business but with our all-inclusive dive internship programs Mermaids try to make the transition as smooth as possible for the budding pro-diver. Professional Dive Industry Training is not expensive if you look at the value of what is included within the intern dive packages - literally taking a diver (or non-diver) with very little (or no) dive experience and offering them complete dive training with all of the dive equipment, manuals and materials to make it in the dive industry. Having said that, some budding dive professionals may not have the immediate funding to begin their adventure and new dive career. We have been frequently asked for assistance from those requiring financial aid for their dive training or a diver payment scheme - the Young People’s Learning Agency will assist all of those that are eligible to enter the professional dive industry and gain dive jobs.
Mermaids CDC Thailand - Young People’s Learning Agency Registration Number - 12441Professional and Career
Development Loans are bank loans that can be used to help pay for work
related learning. You can borrow between £300 and £10,000 to
help support the cost of up to two years of learning (or three years if it
includes one year’s relevant unpaid practical work). The Young
People’s Learning Agency will pay the interest on the loan while you are
learning and for one month afterwards. The loan can be used to pay dive
course fees or other costs such as travel and living expenses. You can
also use the loan to supplement other forms of support such as grants or
bursaries. Because the Professional and Career Development Loan is a
commercial loan product, they should only be considered as an option once all
other student funding options have been investigated. For further
