All of the interns showed what team work and friendship was all about. The group was (Click the names of the New Instructor for a reference) - Shu Koizumi, Richard Wilson, Alicia Yawg, Jimbo, Roman Pulak, Lee Smitten, Phil Burtenshaw, Jennifer Waisaw, Steve Redmond, Stephen Stead, Marc Nuitjen, Linda Fleming, Mario Rossell, Alex Gerrard, Kim Yeow, Ed Habbacon, Jeff Santos, Chuw Kang, Trent Odner and Ryushuke Inutake - congratulations to ALL. Mario, as pictured below enjoying Songkran (The Thai New Year) made a DVD of his time here at Mermaids Dive Academy. The DVD was of his time here, the scuba diving, the friends made, the Thai New Year, local attractions - basically a little of the entire experience. All of the guys and gals here for that period came here alone and you will be able to see the bonding - many of the interns went off traveling and working together. If you are to be in a foreign land for many months dive training; have peace of mind that you will have great friends here. The DVD was NOT a marketing tool but when Mario announced to us that he had made this DVD we thought that some guys and gals might like to see it. Thanks to the crew of that time - we have some returning (and have returned) for a reunion. Please enter your full details in the form below. The
class of May 2005 - what and IDC and IE - absolutely superb. We had 20 dive interns
for the IDC and it ran like clockwork (100% pass
of course). All were great friends through the
program - all giving each other encouragement and a good pat on the back:-) The
