Mermaids PADI CDC - Class Sizes
Sadly here at Mermaids Dive Center, Pattaya Thailand - it has been brought to our attention once more that divers are being told by other dive centers that we have massive class sizes. This is really sad for us to hear as only we, inside Mermaids know our business - others can only speculate and speak nonsense. It really saddens us to even have to make this page. It is true that Mermaids have larger more advanced facilities with more students than any other dive center on the Eastern Seaboard HOWEVER, we also have more dive boats, classrooms and a LOT more instructors. This means that your class sizes will NOT be any larger than any other diver center (and smaller in many instances) but you have a lot more friends and divers around for friendship, support and fun. Mermaids' class sizes are always operated well within PADI standards and any diver wishing for Private 1-2-1 personal tuition can have so on request at NO additional charge. You cannot get a smaller class that that! It's getting tiring to us to continually have to mention our class sizes. However, have a look at our 'huge' class sizes for IDC's that are being discussed by other dive centers:
